a) for the purposes of banking activity - in the ANSPDCP Register of data processing under number 1967 according to Law no. 677/2001;
b) for marketing, advertising and publicity purposes - in ANSPDCP Register of data processing under number 189, according to Law. 677/2001;
c) for the purpose of monitoring / security of people, spaces and / or public / private goods - in the ANSPDCP Register of data processing under the number 14623, according to Law. 677/2001.
Bank processes personal data of individuals according to the provisions of Law no. 677/2001 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data.
Bank respects the rights that Law no. 677/2001 gives to the individual concerned, namely the right to information and data access (free of charge for one request per year addressed to Raiffeisen Bank SA in writing), the right to interfere over personal data, the right to oppose the collection and processing of personal data, the right not to be subjected to an individual decision, the right to go to court, and the procedures for the exercise thereof.
The rights of access, intervention and opposition may be exercised by the individual in question addressing a written application, dated and signed by any Raiffeisen Bank SA unit, in which the personal information will be provided (including a phone number) and the dates on which the access, intervention is requested, the reason and method of access, the intervention or the data that are subject to opposition and the justified and legal reason related to the individual's particular situation. Any application will be accompanied by a printer, legible copy of the identity card of the applicant.
Raiffeisen Bank SA ensures the confidentiality of personal data processed in accordance with the agreement expressed by the individual in question and according to legal provisions. The access to information treated as confidential will be limited to those who by nature of their activity, must take notice of this information in order to fulfil the purpose, legal relationships arising in relation to the bank. These people are bound to respect the confidentiality of this information, assuming in turn the obligation to ensure and keep the confidentiality of the data and information and to process them in accordance with legal requirements.

Under the law, you have the right to access and modify the data, the right not to be subjected to an individual decision and the right to go to court. Also, you have the right to oppose the processing of your personal data and request the deletion of the data. To exercise these rights, you can submit a written, dated and signed application.
